Pfannkuchen / German Pancakes
Zutaten /
Ingredients:
3 Eier /
3 Eggs
400 g Mehl /
400 g Flour
750 ml Milch /
750 ml Milk
1 Prise Salz /
1 Pinch of Salt
7 EL Zucker /
7 Tablespoons Sugar
2 P Vanillezucker /
28 g Vanilla-sugar
1/2 TL Zimt /
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
Apfelmus Fuellung mit Puderzucker bestreut. / Add some apple sauce and powdered sugar.
