Rotwein-Rum-Zartbitterschokoladenkuchen / Dark Chocolate-Rum-Cake
250 g Butter / Margarine
125 g Zucker / Sugar
1 P Vanillezucker / Vanilla sugar
1 Prise Salz / Pinch Salt
4 Eier / Eggs
2 EL Rum / tbs. Rum
250 g Weizenmehl / Flour
3 gestr. TL Backpulver
3 gestr. TL Kakao / Teaspoons Hot Chocolate Powder
1-2 gestr. TL gemahlener Zimt / Teaspoons Cinnamon
150 g Raspelschokolade (Zartbitter) / Shaved Dark Chocolate
100 g abgezogene, gehackte Mandeln / Ground Almonds
125 ml Rotwein / Red Wine
60 Minuten bei 180 C backen. / Bake at 355 F for 60 minutes.
