Tandoori Chicken

2 heaped tablespoons (40ml) plain yoghurt
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 skinless whole chicken legs
1 tbsp chopped coriander for garnish
1 lime or lemon cut into wedges for garnish

Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning over once halfway. At halfway point, reduce heat to 180 C degrees. A little charring is good but don’t dry out the meat.
